My Retirement From
"Active" Internet Marketing

I've decided to retire from "active" internet marketing. It's not been an easy decision, but I really feel that it's the right one for me to take.

Please spend a few minutes watching this video to find out why I've decided to retire - and what the implications are for you as one of my "Marketing Update" subscribers:

What's Going To Happen - And When

Huge Retirement Sale!!

C'mon! You wouldn't expect an internet marketer to go quietly, would you?

I'm going out with a BANG, not a whimper :-)

My Retirement Sale starts on Wednesday 7th July at 12 noon EST and ends on Wednesday 21st July at 12 noon EST.

YES!This is the biggest sale I've ever held - and it's going to be huge value!

YES!I'm giving away some of my best products

YES!Some of my closest and most trusted internet marketing affiliates (and there's not many that I trust!) have joined with me to donate some really valuable products (ones which they are actually selling, right now)

YES!And there's stuff, which, for one reason or another I can't, or don't want to give away, but which I'm giving huge discounts on

YES!Even better, everyone who buys into my Retirement Sale gets the chance to promote the sale as an Affiliate and earn a massive 60% commission (payable through ClickBank).

So, watch out for my email, announcing the start of the sale!

Now for the rest of the changes..

The "Marketing Update" Newsletter: This will cease publication:-( There will be full "Updates" on Thursday 1st July (a day earlier - it's my birthday weekend!) and on Friday 16th July. That will be the last regular "Update". But I'll be keeping the mailing database, and may use it very occasionally if I find something important to tell you about.

The Download Library: I'll leave this up certainly for a few months. I'm going to be adding some great final uploads to the Library - but after the last "Update", it's very unlikely that I'll be adding any new stuff.

Ian's Private PLR ClubMy "Private PLR Club": This will be continuing! :-) In fact, I'll probably have more time to spend making sure that my Members get even more exceptional value with their low-cost Membership. But I'll almost be certainly be increasing the monthly Membership Fee for NEW Members , and introducing an Affiliate Scheme so that existing Members can benefit from introducing new Members to the Club. If you want to lock yourself in to the current low, low Monthly Fees, click here to check out details on the Club (opens in a new browser window).

Hosting4Marketing.com: My web hosting service will continue :-) and both existing and new customers will continue to get the same excellent service for very low fees. Click here to check out my range of web hosting packages (opens in new browser window)

Sign-ups for my "locked" products: A lot of stuff that I give away has been "locked" with my "CheatKit Viral ListBuilder" software, so that, in order to use the products, people have to sign up as a subscriber to "Marketing Update". It's been a very successful form of viral marketing for me, and my give-away products have been very widely distributed. I'll be abandoning this system, and allowing people to "unlock" my products without the need to sign up for anything. I'll be letting everyone who has signed up for my "locked" products, know how to distribute such products to their customers and subscribers.

My existing products: I'll be keeping a few of them and selling then "passively". But many will quietly disappear. I also have a large number of domain names which will be redundant, and I'll be selling some of those - possibly by auction.

I think that I've covered the most important things.

As I said in my video, this has not been an easy decision for me to make, and in some ways I'll miss the excitement of active internet marketing.

I'll also miss the regular contact with the many friends that I've made over the years. But I won't be disappearing off the face of the earth :-) and I'll certainly welcome emails from my friends and subscribers in the future.

But I'm also looking forward to taking things easy and spending more time with my wife, Ruth, and spending more time with her on our shared interests.

I'd welcome any comments that you care to make, using the facility below.

With my very best wishes
Ian Traynor
